My O2 sat stopped recording 2 days ago. I’ve restarted and still get nothing. Not sure where to go to fix the problem.

My sense stopped recording my 02 sat 4 days ago. Nothin has changed. So irritating. Now what?

Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture > Sense > Clock Faces. Verify if the settings and permissions for the SpO2 Signature clock face are correct. Restart your watch. Check if the Fitbit app is updated. MyCCPay Log In

I'm right there with you! 2 days nothing. I called and they had me change sleep sensitivity in the app settings so we will see.
