My sense dosn’t sync over network anymore only over wifi latest edition of ios on my phone can someone help me

Found the problem private transfer was on 2 the icloud. Thanks for your help everyone

Is your bluetooth on? Do you get any error messages? From what you wrote..it seems you have an apple phone?

Yes the bleutooth is on, the error message is no internet but the internet is on it only syncs on wifi. And yess it’s an apple with the latest software

I’m running the latest iOS 15 and have not had any issues.

Sorry that dosn’t help by wifi it syncs but not by the normal internet connection then it says there is no internet but the internet is on in my phone

'private transfer'? The icloud shouldn't be part of the sync..or do you mean, you were in the middle of a data transfer to the cloud?

Yes private transfer is a beta version on ios15 i turned it off and he did it again.

I have a similar issue and have to reboot phone and sense to get it synced every now and then

I turned off the privat sync and i think that the problem is solved
