My sense has stopped syncing. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hey there @Tempreitor2, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
You might be talking about an outage that we got back on those days.
The issue should be resolved by now with the latest app update released. If you are still experiencing the issue, please let me know.

I have sent this information 6 times but no response. Mt Latest version Fitbit app keeps losing data & is now completely unreliable. The data is there one day & gone the next or there in the morning but gone in the afternoon.
For god’s sake can someone please respond please.

Yes, I am having the same issue, I have been advised it is a problem with Android and the Fitbit app across the board, there is no timeline when it will be fixed, yet they are still selling Fitbit in the knowledge it isnt going to work. Totally unacceptable to say to customers, "There is no timeline it is fixed when it is fixed"

Mine too. Ran out of battery this morning left it on charge at home, come back and now it's not syncing or connecting to my phone. Tried everything rebooting phone and fitbit. Still not working the time is also about an hour out. Contacted the help centre still waiting for a response

Mine the same it looks like they let you buy the watch take your money when say sod you they can wait. For Google to fix the problem. They don't set a timeline to fix the problem they should be able to roll back the update prior to this one. People could be buying new watches and phones to try and rectify the problem. Which could make more money for Google.

Oh I dont think people will be buying new watches or phones to fix the problem, they will all be moving to another brand. I have paid £150 for a watch that I cannot use as it has been factory reset. They are still selling watches to people they know will not work it. Talk about not caring about your clientele
