Hello @William35! Have you checked the device settings for vibrations? Swipe left until you see the "Settings" icon. The second option should be "vibration & audio". You can choose between light or strong, I would choose strong. If that doesn't work, I would explore your phone's settings in depth.

@William35, thanks for trying the steps suggested above. Even though your Sense doesn't vibrate when receiving notifications, is it able to vibrate for silent alarms, reminders to move or when pressing the button? If not, I'd recommend you to restart your watch as this will refresh its performance and monitor its behavior in the next days.
