Fitbit Sense not working after swimming

Hello, I bought my Fitbit sense 8 months ago. 4 days ago I went swimming and some hours later the device just stopped working, I charge it again and after few min showed 0% battery. I charged again and then after few min the Fitbit logo shows blinking and goes dark again. Bottom line it hasn’t worked that last 3-4 days. I’ve read that this is not that uncommon among the Fitbit community but I read and there is no proper explanation or solution provided by the moderator. I’m so annoyed that the device is sold as premium and with waterproof capabilities (even for swimming), and actually after just one swimming session it got damaged.

 

is there any official position by Fitbit on this topic?

And as a remark, the swimming session was less than 45 min

1. Check our troubleshooting tips in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

2. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.

3. Reboot your phone.

4. Keep your watch connected to the charging cable. 

5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.

6. Choose your watch from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hello,

Nothing that you provided really helped. I am trying to contact someone by chat but it is not possible. I am really frustrated because of this topic. How can I get someone from service department to support me?

I have the same problem. and I have already contacted support team and they didn't give me any useful solution.

I have the same problem. issue number: 46502785. Your support team answer me: "Unfortunately, your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy."

So how can i fix the problem and repair my watch?
