I just purchased the Fitbit sense and I have reviewed the manual and tried to locate information on the "button" that is referenced but I cannot find anything. I cannot get any actions out of the side or top sections of the device. I did set the shortcuts and still nothing. Please help!

Not sure what the issue is here. There is only 1 button on the left side of the tracker. Does it not work for you at all?

Alright, I'm "special" that slot was not doing anything for me earlier.
It works now 😞
