Three questions:

1-) How long the life of the battery 

2-) Is-it easy to change the battery

3-) What will be the cost of a new battery, if I had to change

The battery is rechargeable with included charger.  It is not user-accessible without voiding the warranty.  Even aside from warranty, batteries are very difficult  to get to, if even possible at all.  Fitbits are generally end-of-life if the battery dies.  Most last for many years.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
