Fitbit Customer Care Purchased Fitbit Sense through flipkart on Aug 8th, 2021. It stopped working. Fitbit Customer Support Services are acting like they may do replacement as per their sweet time.
I am writing email and no response.
I thought to buy its premium device but it seems my decision was absolutely wrong.

I am still waiting and no communication, In case of 12 months of warranty, if a buyer needs to remain without watch for 1-2 months then what is the use of buying the device. One month will be completed in next 8-10 days. Yet replacement shipment has no confirmation.

This is now Oct 6th, 2021. I am yet to receive the information about my replacement shipment. It is highly unprofessional from Fitbit. Made worst decision to buy Fitbit sense. There is a limit of wait.

In my experience it takes between 4-5 weeks to get the device replaced which is, of course, not ideal. It may take longer now due to the delays caused by the rush of festive season. The processes at the Fitbit (Google) end needs to be changed/tweaked to speed up the process of to provide timely resolutions to the incidents especially replacement process.
Yes warranty period doesn't extends while you're without your device by not any fault on your behalf. and it sucks.
