I bought a new Sense which only worked for a week, after a battle taking another week, it was agreed that I would be sent a replacement watch once I returned the original. All this has taken a further 3 weeks without a watch. What arrived today was a pebble, a strap and a charger, all loose not in a box, no paperwork or guarantee. On calling to explain I was expecting a new watch in the original box, suitable to be given as a gift, I was told it was up to the warehouse what they sent and refurbished was ok! Surely it is illegal to sell something as new then provide a pre used item?

@JulesE55 Community Council members aren't Fitbit employees. We are knowledgeable volunteers who enjoy helping others. I was merely providing a link. I think I give great presents.
I am very happy to know that you got a refund.
