help! my fitbit Sense runs out of charge within 2 hours, syncing no longer works when it is charged. There is an update open but it is not fulfilled, every time I get a message that it fails. There have been problems since then. What should I do... I don't know anymore.

To get the device updated to the last firmware, the best way is to reset your Sense to factory settings.
Swipe left on the clock-face-> Settings ->Swipe down - Tap "About Sense" -> Swipe Down -Tap Reset to factory settings
OBS! You have to unpair the Sense in the app: Tap your profile at the top left -> Tap the Sense picture -> Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner.
Follow the instructions for setting up a new device
