Fitbit Sense screen does not display any data or words

My Sense stopped displaying any numbers or words a few days ago. Any symbols still show up and I can navigate through some screens, but if I go to settings none of the menu words actually appear so I cannot even find where to do a factory reset. I tried a restart by holding for 10 seconds but it will not restart. It still sends data to my phone and i can sync, change watch faces etc, but no data displays.

Did you change your watch face from original?

Can you try and change get the watch to see if it is corrupt?

I changed the watch face a few hours ago and the new face appeared properly but the numbers for steps heart rate and battery do not appear next to the icons on the face.

Try rebooting the sense, closing app, closing phone

Turn back on the phone and open app and the sync.

Did you figure this out? Mine just started doing this today. I updated, restarted, etc. Nothing seems to fix it.

I ended up doing a factory restart by finding a youtube video where someone shows how they did it and following their steps through the screens. That finally fixed it
