Have had my fitbit sense since October 2020 and a few days ago it stopped responding to any swipe or tap. I tried the reset of holding the button down for 10 seconds and 15 seconds. I did that reset about 5+ times with no change. I can't factory reset it because you have to swipe to setting on your watch and tap factory reset, all of witch I cannot do. I have also stopped receive all notifications: call, text, calendar etc.. On top of that, when the screen issue started my fitbit's battery life now only lasts 10-12hrs. What is going on here?

I would contact Support (click here ) and ask for a Battery Test. Something is wrong with your battery and they can help you figure out what it is once the test is administered.

Support can give instructions on how to do a factory reset, but I don't think it will help.
