Fitbit Sense screen was accidentally smashed

My Fitbit screen was smashed against a wall and after the battery died it would not re charge.  It is out of warranty and i need a letter from Fitbit so that i can claim for the damages from my insurance company.

 

Please assist urgently.

Dear Fitbit



I just wish to get a letter from Fitbit for my smashed screen on my Fitbit
Sense, which is now out of warranty.



I need a letter for my insurance company, stating that as a result of the
smashed screen, the mechanism in the watch cannot be repaired.



Please, please assist me.
