I ordered my Fitbit on 8 Sept and the estimated shipment is 25 Sept (today!). But there is no update on my order tracker so I checked with their Facebook customer service with my order no and details. They told me shipment will be delay until 30 Oct.... Anyone facing the same??? I asked for a reason but no one answer me.... Is that only happen in Ireland or only my order? Anyone already received the watch? Or have status updated? Thanks a mill.

Dealing with Fitbit .. almost a full time job dealing with them, many emails and telecons....in summary:

Removed tracking...item not available
Unable to say when available
Refused refund although they are unable to say when available let alone when delivered
Fitbit....avoid them like the plague....

Poor you. The CS replied me my order is on back order and will be ship on Oct 30. If they don't have stock why still receiving orders and have a estimate shipment date? And my order tracker still mentions ship by 25 Sept without any update.... It is an awful user experience and customer service. They seems just want to "release" before another brand but not delivery the goods.

@SilviaIE @I’m stuck with no delivery too. I preordered on 26/8, they took the money on 21/9 and I got a shipping email on 24/9. However the tracking doesn’t work, Fitbit then said it hadn’t even shipped but would go on 25/9 which was a lie as it still has not shipped! I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and they either ignore me or say it’s not possible. They said I have to wait for it to be delivered (but don’t tell me when) then I can send it back for a refund but I have to pay the shipping! Absolutely disgusted with them. I could order one on amazon and get it tomorrow or just go into town and buy one today but I need my money back and they are refusing 😡

@NexusOne I just cancelled my preorder as the payment has been processed yet. And bought it at local shop which have sufficient stocks, no need to wait and having good service

I bought mine on Amazon UK on Wednesday the 23rd and it was dispatched on the 25th Friday Morning 🙂 Arrived in Ireland the day after 🙂
Never any issues with Amazon 👍

Exactly the same thing today, also in Ireland. I ordered mine in August. Got no email or communication on the delay until October 30th until I contacted them. I was also told when ordering that I would only be charged when it was shipped. I've been charged but no sign of the order. Also the link to check my order status on the email confirmation I was sent at the time is now not working, it says that page is following a different trail. Really helpful!!

Ordered mine via Amazon US. Estimated delivery date was pushed back last week to today, but this morning it was now pushed back another week.

Same here. I ordered on 9/23 on amazon with confirmed delivery day of 9/29 but never showed shipped. I reached out 2x to CS and they both confirmed I would have it on 9/29. 9/29 came and went and a new update showed delivering expected for 10/14. I have my doubts....
