Fitbit Sense stopped charging

After four months of using Fitbit Sense it has stopped charging. One of the pins on the Fitbit provided charger is depressed, so I bot another charger off Amazon. Unfortunately still cannot charge. If I keep the side button pressed it shows 0%. 

I had bot my watch online thru Amazon India. And I just found out there are no service centers in India. A big disappointment. Did anyone face a similar situation in Mumbai, India?

Hi, @ash927, welcome to the community, check through the points made in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  first. The "Sense" charging cable is not as good as it might be but you should be able to sort it out. As you have identified the 4 spring-loaded pins in the cable connection all need to be proud, spring failure is an issue but you should try to free a depressed pin by gently wiggling it with your finger. If that fails then of course resort to getting a replacement. If you are still not getting a charge wash the back of your "Sense" with warm soapy water, I rotate a cotton bud in the little pits on the back of the "Sense" to make sure they are clean. Do ensure your "Sense" is dry before charging. I have to through this process last process quite often but I'm always able to get a full charge.

Thanks for your reply. After trying two different chargers, I was able to charge my watch for now. Let me observe it for a while and will update the progress here.
