I have 7 days of SpO2 readings but for the last 2 days nothing.

 

I have not forgotten to switch to the SpO2 clock face either nights.

 

Suggestions/Thoughts?

There are some bugs in the SpO2 recording. Many people are experiencing this. I had an email from support saying the problem had been "escalated"; I presume there will be a fix at some point.
