Fitbit Sense side button not working

Anyone know what to do when the side button stops working?

@PaulW44 could you please elaborate? What does it mean it's not working? Usually the first step is to reboot the device. Go to settings app on your Sense, scroll down to shut down and tap, then press the button to power the watch up.

Let me help you with your Sense button not working. Did you try the suggestion that @Marrrmaduke shared with you? I also noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.
