I bought my Fitbit sense 14 months ago purposely for the swimming feature. It has recently been cutting off mid session and then I have to restart the count of my laps (inconvenient but manageable) This morning it was counting my laps like normal and shut down mid session and will not switch back on at all now. I have tried placing it on the charge, tried holding the button for 10/15 seconds (sometimes when I try holding the button on the side it vibrates but nothing else happens) tried cleaning it and changing the outlet in which the device is being charged but to no avail. It also won’t sync up to my phone app. I don’t find this acceptable to pay £250 for a watch for it break a little over a year later! Any tips on how this can be fixed would be greatly appreciated or if not resolved will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere 😕

Check the cable to make sure all pins are prominent and you’re getting the charge. Can you see what the charge level in the app is?

My fitbit died this weekend too. Not even mid swim but after just a dip in the pool. I've had it about 2 years and it was already replaced once, last year after it decided it didn't want to charge anymore. It's super frustratin!! Contact customer support to see if they can replace it for you. They replaced mine last year free of charge after some troubleshooting. Hoping they do they same this time since technically it's only 10 months old.
