Hi,

Brightness, screen wake, and Do Not Disturb are "greyed out" on my new Sense's "Settings".

Please help...

Probably in Sleep Mode; in Quick Settings one swipe right from clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
