Fitbit Sense stopped working

Hi all,

My Sense randomly stopped working at 75% today. I’ve tried everything to get it back up and going. 
-Held the button for over a minute to try and get a reset - won’t vibrate or show anything on the display 

-Been charging for 16

hour with nothing coming up on the screen (I have been intermittently trying the side button trick above)

-Changed wall outlet, no difference in charging 

-The connection points between the Fitbit and the charger are clean


My app cannot sync to the device either. Had this happened to anyone? How did you fix it? I got this two weeks ago and not sure what is wrong

This suddenly happened to me last night too.  I tried all the fixes I saw to do here and nothing.  The battery was at about 93% and the face suddenly went blank and stopped syncing.  I couldn't do anything with it.  This morning I tried again and still nothing so I was about to contact Customer Service and it suddenly started up again.  I didn't do anything at all different to it now.  I've seen in the community, that others have had similar issues over the last few months.  I'm not happy that it's so glitchy and I hope it doesn't happen again.  Has anyone else had this - where it stopped and then started again the next day?  Did it happen again or was it an isolated incident?
