Thank you for the detailed information. In this case I recommend performing a restart to your Sense, you can perform the restart by following the steps provided in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, please make sure that your Sense is still paired to your Fitbit account. If you notice it does no longer appear on your account, please set it up one more time. You can get instructions for the set up process here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
