Fitbit Sense stuck on Aug 24

My Fitbit Sense is stuck on Aug 24 and will not measure any activities. The "reset" always results in "Failed!" And the support staff was not able to help, suggesting I get a new watch.

I am an Android user. Any suggestions, besides replacing it?

Hi @mnsegal  - if the watch is still usable you could try Shutdown from the watch settings menu and place on charge to restart it.

But before that in the Fitbit Gallery tile try changing the clock face if the watch is still syncing.
