My fitbit sense is stuck on “do not disturb” and “sleep mode”.
When I want to turn off do not disturb it says it cant because it’s in sleep mode. When I want to turn off sleep mode it says it cant because its in do not disturbe-mode. 🫠

How to get this fixed? It’s been like this for a while I have to admit. My sense isn’t even a year old.

Hey there @Koila, thanks for being back!

Since the regular restart didn't resolve the issue, I recommend performing a factory reset on your Sense 2.

Please note that a factory reset will erase all data on your device. It's crucial to sync your device to save your information before proceeding.

Follow these instructions to perform a factory reset: How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Once the reset is complete, you can set up your device again by clicking here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hey there @Koila, welcome to the Community.

This is actually an odd situation, let's work together to get this issue resolved.

I'd like to know if you have tried to restart the device? If you don't, please let's press and hold the left button for about 10 seconds.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!

Yes I’ve just tried that but it didn’t help. I also have it updated to the newest version.
