Fitbit Sense suddenly stopped working

This is my second Fitbit Sense; the first one didn't last a year, i got a refurbished model in exchange which just stopped working after 14 months. Monday was still ok , just the battery was very low, so put on a charger. It doesn't charge. Just showing 'battery 0%' for a sec then goes black. I'm so disappointed.

Everything was fine until last night when I put my watch on the charger while I showered. When I got out the shower, I got a notification on my phone that said my battery was low even though it was 40% when I put it on the charger… When I went to grab it, it felt like it was on fire! I quickly synced it with the app then turned it off. i left it alone all day then just put it back on the charger and it’s not charging and it still won’t turn on. It’s so frustrating because I had zero problems before!
