Sense is not synchronizing

I'm so sick and tired of realizing every time that my sense is not synchronizing with the app. Such a pain trying to figure out how to reconnect with the app again. Uninstalling/installing the app, turning off/on Bluetooth, shutting down my watch... just painful!! It happens all the time. I just did it and I lost yesterday's data. I am not enjoying this.

I am having the same issue.   Seems it started about the time they started pushing the Sence 2.

After dealing with this same issue for the last two months with no reliable fix from customer support, I purchased a Samsung galaxy pro5 watch. Problem solved!!

Thanks. My wife has a cheap Wyze watch. It doesn't have many features but
all it's used for is tracking steps and pulse rate. I may just go that
route.

Every time I am out of wifi range my watch in-syncs from my phone.  I really getting frustrating!  My sense is about 2yrs old.  I guess I’ll be going for an iwatch for my next one.

I am having the same issue. I'm reconnecting my watch and phone daily and sometimes multiple times. I tried to chat with Fitbit Support but of course everytime there's an error connecting with that too. I have had this issue with every Fitbit device I have owned.

If you search the forum you will see this sync issue affects multiple watch models. Seems the issue is in the Fitbit app, not any specific watch. Let's hope the app development team is aware of the problem and working on a fix.

Beware ~ I thought the same & didn’t realize iWatch doesn’t hold a charge ~ you have to charge daily.  Nor does it capture sleep unless within your sleep schedule ~ and that’s why I wear a monitor 😕

Me too. After trying to sync with all their troubleshooting, I gave a bad review. The response was to send me the troubleshooting link. Isn't AI grand. I just use it as a watch now and went back to my at least 5 yo Garmin

I've been shopping for a new alternative. I've had these same issues with every Fitbit I've had. I cant chat with them or get anyone on the phone. Thank God I am a vet in doing this so I know how to troubleshoot and reset this device up from the beginning every day or I would be lost. I've been shopping Garmin. Do you like them? Would you recommend?

To me it´s happening exactly the same! I´m frustrated! I have done everything they say in the troubleshooting and just came to the forum to see if there was any additional info and it´s clear a general problem. It only syncs when it is charging and i have lost days of training

WE NEED A SOLUTION

After so many years, I'm seriously thinking going to Garmin and something more reliable

For the moment Im stopping the Fitbit Premium subscription

Same here. I keep losing data because it won't sync/stay connected. 🤔😡

It is strange. Mine seems to be working correctly again. I didn't do
anything to it except complain online. Either support has made changes or
it is just a fluke. I will reply if anything changes.

No new firmware and no new app updates, so a good fluke in this case. My watch will stay synced fine for days and then all of the sudden when my phone is not close enough the sync stops and it's a pain to get phone & watch in sync again.

I thought that I was the only one having this issue recently, but from what I see it's not just my watch. So it must be a glitch, or big that fitbit isn't telling us about. Every other day my watch stops synching and have to do it manually. Fitbit please do something about it.

The sync issue affects multiple watch models. In my household we have a Sense, a Versa 3 and a Luxe and all are affected. And for us it all started with the same Fitbit app update months ago. There are many, many posts about this all across the forum in different watch boards, and no response that the app dev team is aware.
