Hello, my Fitbit Sense device screen came off. I put it back on and now the touch screen is not reacting to my touches at all. I rest my device a couple of time but all to no avail. I have display but it doesn't response to my touch. I called the support and I was told that my device is not under warranty and there is nothing they could do to fix this issue. Has anyone encountered this issue and how did you fix it?

Try putting it on the charger when resetting.
You may also want to consider resealing the face to the body with an electronics glue. Good Luck
