When I connect my watch to charge, it doesn't charge right away. I have move the connector and try to align the connector so it starts to charge. Moreover, when the charge is ok, I get a message that the charge is slow. I have my watch for only 6 months. The contact of the pins seems to be defective.

Hi, @Valerieseg, there are lots of posts about this issue, I recommend you use the search bar at the top of this page and follow the advice. Briefly check the pins, and clean the back of your device. If you need a new charging cable talk to "Customer Support" or buy one on Amazon.
