My sense doesn't charge with my original charger so I bought a new charger and it doesn’t work either. What options are there? Can i get a replacement? I bought it less than two years ago at a retail store and they said to contact you for a replacement. Thank you for your response.

I’m on my second Sense. My Versa was working just fine and due to some catching fire the company turned it off, which should scare all of us, and offered at half price to upgrade to a Sense. I’m on my second one. After about a month and a half it starts to rapidly lose it’s charge and then won’t recharge at all. Just called and all they can do is to keep replacing it. I also noticed they are having trouble with the band. However, they aren’t replacing the band just the tracker part. This use to be such a good company. I was with them from their very first device. What happened?
