Using my Fitbit Sense in Swimming mode, once out of the water I was unable to unlock it , it subsequently drained the battery. I have recharged it ( I think) checking the connection is correct each time but still no response at all.
I hope you can help as this has been a most useful watch and didn’t know how much I refer to it now it is not working. Many thanks.

Hi, @705MAN a rapid double touch of the side button usually does the trick for me. It sometimes takes two or three tries and I find it helps to dry off the watch face. Not helped either by lack of spectacles and a trembling hand following the effort put in while swimming.
