Seems like a lot of Sense watches crashed today. Mine shows Fitbit Logo only. Cannot restart, etc.
Mine crashed. I noticed yesterday the exercise app wasn't working properly. Today tried restarting the device based on advise from other threads on the fitbit support forums and now it's in an endless reboot loop. This device is also an extended warranty replacement from the last one that died.

My app shows it hasn't synced since 5:21 pm yesterday. My watch is keeping track of steps and my heart rate, but I can't sync it for my sleep. I've tried restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and back on etc and nothing is working.

I have a Sense and I can't see a preview of my messages anymore. No longer happy with Fitbit. Probably going to switch to Samsung watch.

Hi everyone. I want to give a warm welcome to the community to all of you.
Not all of you appear to be having the same problem, and from what I can tell, @kmmhk75 and @Cthefish have already contacted support. In light of this, I advise you to get in touch with them again if you have any concerns about how your case may turn up.
@CharlesinTexas Please note that since the device might not be able to be re-paired again, we do not advise unpairing the device or deleting the app. Please check the device's status and the date and time of its most recent sync by opening the app. Change the clock face by following the directions here, then you can report back on how it goes.
@Johnle I advise attempting the instructions for a device that is not charging in your situation; you can find them here.
I have had the difficulty for some time now - it is hard to connect it, tried different sources - first when charged it only lasts for a couple of days - never 6 as said in announcement. It needs hours and hours and finally stops at 85%
Both my husband's and my Senses stopped working; the screen is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I called customer service, and we can't even factory reboot it. Since we bought our watches 1.5 years ago, all the company did was give us 35% off a new watch. Obviously, it's a larger issue and the company should be looking into it. I'm extremely disappointed.

Has this been something happening for many Sense users today - perhaps that was the reason I couldn't manage to charge mine today, after hours and hours it eventually took some charging - wonder if it is possible to have it changed with a new one?

Thank you for the response...
Last update was 14:24 yesterday afternoon... immediately afterward is when the logo came on and would not go away.
I'm wondering why you said "repaired again"?
This is a replacement Sense from earlier this year. It's fairly new...not dated at all or ever repaired.

A little disturbes by the only reply I see from Fitbit.. if everyone's sense just died that's an issue on their part and it better be corrected whether that means the issue is fixed or we all get new watched for free..
My Sense partly died last Thursday 7/08 after a short shower. Hart rate sensor and step counter stop working. All other function is still there. Today I inspected and realized, the metal plate on the bottom is loose. Lift it up slightly and blow it out with canned air, Hart rate sensor is working again. That's it. It's only 2 year and two-month-old, it's a shame. Most producer in Europe giving 3-year warranty. Google and Fitbit should penalize for it.
