Seems like a lot of Sense watches crashed today. Mine shows Fitbit Logo only. Cannot restart, etc.

Agree! Too many fails at one time to be a coincidence.
----------
Me too! I've probably bought a dozen for myself and others since way back when! Too much of a coincidence to have so many failures all of a sudden at the same time.
I tried to restart from factory reset 5 or six times. It kept aborting. Now it is only showing the logo. Will not restart or factory reset. I let it completely lose power twice thinking it might be able to reset but when I charged it---- all I get is the logo again. It will not restart.
Mine is the same. I noticed some pixels were missing on my screen so tried to restart it and now it is stuck on the Fitbit logo. Just outside my warranty so they'll do nothing for me but a 35% off coupon...to buy another product that will last 13 months. No thanks. I'm betting the latest software update is to blame because it sure seems fishy that so many watches are experiencing the same problem within the same week. I loved my Fitbit but this will be my last.

Best AnswerWhen I contacted support to let them know my Fitbit was unresponsive with the logo and I had tried everything they said they would send me an email with instructions to fix the problem. A few hours I received an email saying my watch was just out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. But give me a 35% discount off a discount. If that’s the ‘best result possible’ ….. why would I want to buy a Fitbit again?
Mine stopped working one month after the warranty expired. Fitbit offered a 35% discount on a replacement but their price went up 30% since my original purchase. I've been a member sine 2016 and today I have decided to stop buying Fitbit products. I do not trust this product anymore.
You know, I'm starting to agree. 😞
I've been a loyal fitbit user since way back when they were just a clip on a belt and not a watch. Seems like nobody is looking into the phenomena of all these Sense units quitting at the same time. Seems like they're just willing to lose a couple dozen customers. In the cost-benefit analysis for them, that might make the most sense, but in the cost-benefit analysis for us, weighing options from other manufacturers might make the most sense (no pun intended).
My Fitbit sense looks the same - black screen and non-responsive. I've had it for 1 year and 10 months. I'm told repair options are not available. Why would I want to purchase another Fitbit at a 35% discount??
Same happened to me and they only offered me a 35% discount on a new watch. If this happens widespread I want a new one for free too or some compensation.
How do we request a quality assurance check on this product? Seems defective and maybe they need to recall it like they have done with other products in the past.
I’d say mass contacts to customer service are all we have at the moment.
