I have had my Fitbit since Christmas day and I have already had to sync it to my phone 5 times as it has decided to unsync itself! It is very frustrating for a watch of this price!

I have an OPPO A91 and has the same problem. I am thinking of returning the watch if problem can't be fixed. The sense watch is too expensive for this sort of malfunctioning.

Exact same problem, had it since Christmas day, I keep having to delete everything and start from scratch each day, all sleep date etc. is lost each time!
