Best AnswerIf you still can not configure the watch to show the Fahrenheit, you can try the alternative method below.
This doesn't fix my issue. I am so frustrated with it.

Hi @lauraresnick - did you follow all the steps in the link I posted earlier which covers the various places to change units?
Also if you have a syncing problem any changes you make in the Fitbit App won't appear in the watch. In which case try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch.

Same issue here.
I've tried resetting the temp to C then back to F. It still say the wrong temperature. How can such a core feature simply be broken and ignored?
Fixed it.
Fitbit app -> click on your device -> gallery -> (opens app store thing) -> search for weather -> click on the fitbit weather app -> settings -> set to Farenheight.
Dumb that it ignores the system setting, but it's working for me now.
