My Fitbit Sense suddenly today would not charge. After cleaning the contacts on the back of the watch and the contacts on the charger, it still would not charge. Then I reset the Sense, nothing. Then I uninstalled the app from my phone and did a factory reset on the Sense. Now, it is stuck in a loop of different languages on the Sense and because the battery is so low, I can not complete the setup of the app from my phone.
