Fitbit Sense will not charge

My Fitbit Sense suddenly today would not charge. After cleaning the contacts on the back of the watch and the contacts on the charger, it still would not charge. Then I reset the Sense, nothing. Then I uninstalled the app from my phone and did a factory reset on the Sense. Now, it is stuck in a loop of different languages on the Sense and because the battery is so low, I can not complete the setup of the app from my phone.

Thank you! One of the contacts on the charge cable (bottom left) is not protruding like the others. Will get in touch with support to get a new cable.Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
