Hi there, @Colinpops. Thanks for stopping by the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Sense.

While I was reading your post, what came to mind was that there might be an issue with the battery of your device. Thinking about this, I would really appreciate it if you could try the steps described here: "Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?". This issue can be solved in most cases just by cleaning the charging contacts located at the back of the device. But I would rather follow all the steps suggested in the help article to check that everything is working properly.

Hello, I think that I'm having a similar issue. The clock face is blank. If I swipe in a direction the other screens display. However, when I tapped settings it seems to select it but then eventually goes back to the previous screen. I've also tried restarting it by holding the button on the side for far longer than the 10 seconds I read about and it does not restart.

Is there anything else that I can do to get the clock to appear again?

Hi @Warcal, it is nice to see a new in the community. @Heather-S, Thanks for the recommendation it is actually a very accurate suggestion.

With some clock faces that aren't developed by Fitbit, It could happen that they get stock. As @Heather-S mentioned before, it is just a matter of changing the clock face. You can follow the instructions here if you need.
