My fitbit sense seems to be dead it won't charge I have tried everything recommended brushing the connections with a toothbrush but nothing seems to work would anyone know what else I could try

Its a common problem, the charger attachments can often show a defect, check the 4 pins are equally prominent.
If not, get a replacement charger under warranty.
You can contact Fitbit Support directly. They should be able to send you one.

Having the same issue! Guess I will try a new charger!
