Just got back from different time zone and watch will not adjust to Hawaii time. How do I get this to happen? Have tried re syncing but does not work.

Had this happened to me a few times.

Hey found out Bluetooth connection just stopped for some reason.

I fixed it by unpairing and pairing it again with my phone (just check your phone is in the right time zone)

Hi @SVNKONA. Welcome on board. @MrDoctor_2 It's good to see you here in the forums and thanks for your help.

@SVNKONA I'm sorry the time isn't showing up correctly and thanks for your efforts while working on this. If you haven't done so, please double check the time zone settings by doing the following:

  1. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile icon.
  3. Scroll down, tap App Settings > Time Zone.
  4. Turn off the Set Automatically option. Then select the correct time zone.
  5. Tap Today at the bottom of the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
