Fitbit Sense won't charge or start. It's still under warranty. Please help.

Hi, if it won't charge the battery will be flat and it can't be started.
Check the 4 pins on the charger, to see if they are equally prominent and well located. It is often a cause of not charging.
If it's faulty get a replacement charge cable under warranty.

In addition to what @Guy_ mentioned, you could also contact Support and ask for a Battery Test. If there's a charging issue, there's something wrong with either the battery or cable, and the Battery Test can tell us which one it is.
