My Fitbit is broken. I need to send it in for repairs. I have tried everything first it was coming up with clock error then I was finding an issue where it would install the apps. So I removed it from the app and my Bluetooth settings and tried to reconnect it now it’s literally stuck on the Fitbit logo and I can’t do anything. The guy on the live chat not understanding me telling me to set it up as a new device which I can’t because the watch has been sat on the Fitbit logo for over an hour. It needs repairing

Hi @Spiritvoyager1 you'll want to try customer support again because there are no repairs for these devices.
