My sense won't charge! Tried the alcohol trick but won't now.  Call several times to support and they claim they can't hear you. I'm beyond frustrated at this point!

Hi @Lindagbharris  - this a common problem, follow instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lindagbharris. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Sense won't charge.
