Hi @Srance - which phone do you have? Please check the guidelines and trouble shooting tips here

You want to go through the sync tips, telling Fitbit that you don't want to use the tracker will not fix a sync problem.

Also let us know at what step the process to add the tracker to your Fitbit account fails, and any error messages.

Hello @Srance, welcome to the community forums! @SunsetRunner, @Rich_Laue, it's great to see you around and thanks for your input!

@Srance, since you have unpaired your Fitbit device, first, you will need to remove the connection between your phone and your Fitbit device. For this, you can follow the steps below:

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

If you can't setup your Fitbit Sense, I recommend taking a look at this troubleshooting steps: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!
