Fitbit Sense won't sync

I have tried everything for the past 5 days and it fails to sync with IOS. Just will replace this piece of trash with something else that can Sync when you need!

Have you looked at this doc @Ionk 

Also clear the Fitbit cache on the phone. 

If you haven't done so, shut off both the phone and Sense. 

If you have ever synced through another device, if that other device is around, turn it's BT off.
