I have had my Fitbit Sense since Jan 2021. This is the first time I went swimming with it on. I turned on the swim exercise function and it won’t charge or turn on. I have tried the other suggestions in the forum. What can I do to get a new one? I would not have worn it in the pool if it hadn’t been advertised as being water resistant and able to track swimming.
Best AnswerThere have been several posts about the sense failing after swimming. Depending on where you live the warranty is 1 yr or 2 yr. I suggest you start with customer support and see what they can do.
