This is my 2nd Sense in 15 months. The face detached on my first one in December 2021, 11 months after purchase. Fitbit replaced it and on April 3rd 2022 the replacement device's face detached from the base. Because of my experience with the Versa, I made sure to keep the device as dry as possible, even drying it when I washed my hands and dishes.
Fitbit offered me 35% off a new watch which is nice, but does not address the issue at hand...why does the Sense face continue to detach from the base and why is it not being resolved by the company?
I simply can't afford to keep replacing this watch and I need something much more reliable since I track my activity daily. At this time I am looking at getting a Garmin, as I would rather pay a bit more for a watch/tracker upfront than having to worry that it will fall apart while I am walking and replacing it every or multiple times in a year.

@KarenDZ same issue here. Bought my Sense in February 21 - first face detached in August, and today it fell off again. It has never been in water, and I am having trouble believeing Sense is water resistant down to 50 meters.....

Fitbit should modify the way the LCD screen attaches to the watch body. At this point try some of that A130 structural adhesive recommended by member Leowood. Be mindful not to get the watch wet going forward. It may not be water resistant with this repair.

@Clove6060 ,Can say a lot about Fitbit and customer service, but I'll give them credit for being very efficient when it comes to replacements. They will read my e-mail monday, send me a case number, which I return with a picture of mybroken sense and handwritten case no. They ship it the same day from The Netherlands with DHL Express, and arrives at my doorstep tuesday.
