Hi
I have a question, I bought fitbit sense I january 2022. On 30th july 2022 it just switched off and it wont turn on. I have tried to charge overnight, hold down the reset button but the logo not coming up... so disappointed because i have just paid one year premium subscription. I really need help. Thank you in advance

Hi, @VivOmdal welcome to the community, If your "Sense" is syncing, check the battery's state of charge. If the battery is depleted check the 4 little pins in the charging cable are in good order (there are lots of posts about this) Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? covers other battery issues. If you cannot make progress talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively use the Fitbit app on your phone to contact them.

The fitbit just turned off on my wrist on saturday the 30th july 2022 and it was still at 60% i had just charged it 2 days earlier. I have tried all the reset tips, cleaned the back charging pin with alcohol & brush, tried charging it for 2 hours again but no vibration nor icon at all...
