My company just sent me a fitbit sense with no heads up whatsoever. Will they be able to monitor the information gathered? Or could this be an insurance thing? And why would they not inform me?

Hi @Alexandermic  you'd need to ask your company why they sent it to you, as Fitbit wouldn't know. As for their knowing your information - it's all secure and no one would know any of your stats unless you shared it with them. You can learn more about the Sense here - click - where the user manual and some help articles can be found. Your personal information is stored on a server at Fitbit and only accessed by the email address (which is also your account) and password - both are ones you choose, not your employer. You sure it came from your employer? When you can, ask them. Meanwhile, read about the Sense. It's really the top of the line smartwatch Fitbit makes!

Well, thank you! I'll ask on Monday, first thing. But at the moment. I keep
getting an error trying to download telling me that I need to log into my
google; however I am. I don't know if you're the right person to get in
touch with but, you were the first person in which responded to a question.
Thanks again for reaching out on the weekend to answer any questions!
