I just bought the Sense two weeks ago in best buy and got the screen cracked because I hit something with my wrist, even though it wasn't too hard the screen got a lot of damage. So I went to best buy to see if they can replace it, but they said they can't, that it's better to contact Fitbit, now Fitbit sent me a email saying that they can't do anything either because it's not under warranty. I wasn't asking for warranty, I know it was my bad, I just want to get the screen fixed but they said that I should buy a new one and put the old one in the garbage basically...
So anyone knows where can I get the screen fix it? Or should I do what they're saying put the old in the garbage and buy a new one? Because if I have to do that I'm not buying Fitbit anymore.

I was going to suggest this place as an option. Never used them and can’t promote.
I believe you can ship it to them and they’ll repair.
Seems they’re sold out of replacement screens though.
Might be cost prohibitive as well.

Hi @CristianGV if you paid with Paypal or a credit card, check to see if they have coverage for your Sense. Sometimes they cover accidents as part of their service. Can't help to ask.
