Fitbit Sense2 stuck on Logo screen. Factory reset unsuccessful. Unpaired from the phone and App

My Fitbit Sense 2 is stuck with just Logo on the screen permanently on. I have followed the few instructions from this forum to perform factory reset but not successfully. This is what I've tried so far:

Scenario 1

1. Pressed the side button for about 10 seconds until the logo disappears, but there was no buzz I expected

2. Released the button and immediately pressed it again. The screen was still black and after about 4 seconds I felt the buzz and released the button. After few seconds screen was stuck on blue logo again.

Scenario 2

1. Same as in step 1 above.

2. Same as 2 above, but after the buzz I didn't release the button (kept it pressed) . After few seconds screen stared flashing. Released the button during the flashing and screen returned to just logo.

Scenario 3.

1. Same as above

2. Same as step2/scenario 2, but kept the button pressed during the flashing phase. It flashed 3 times stopped and stared flashing again 15 times. At that point red X appears and button was released. Soon after logo appeared on the screen.

Scenario 4.

1. Pressed the side button, screen went black, kept side button pressed for longer. Screen started flashing. Released button during the flashing. Red X appeared and soon after just logo on the screen. Same happens if I keep the button pressed during the flashing phase. Red X appears followed by the logo on the screen

During all these attempts I've never seen logo in the circle. What am I doing wrong? This is quite frustrating. Any help please?

Sense 2 auto off for few months after updates and no support till today despite several requests. Hence it's a one of the worst watch needs refund to the cost paid by me. NO SUPPORT !
