My Fitbit app does not detect my 5G WiFi signal. My iPhone, my iPad and my MacBook can but my Fitbit app does not. I have placed my iPhone close to the router. No good. The Fitbit app detects my neighbors WiFi signals but not my 5G WiFi signal. What’s up?

Well it is not your fitbit app, but your Sense that is unable to detect your 5G WiFi. 

The Sense can only connect to your 2.5G WiFi. 

Most BT Low Energy smart devices only connect to 2.5 not 5G
