When I try to pair my sense to my phone, I get a message saying “App needed to connect” any ideas ? This thing is driving me up the wall. I have already downloaded and installed the Fitbit app. Am I missing something ?

@JudyD2021 When you set up the Sense with the app to your account that should be it. The app takes care of linking the unit with bluetooth. You don't need to perform a separate link up with the phone.
